Tina Fey and Amy Poehler Are ‘Sisters’ in First Look Trailer

The teaser trailer of Tina Fey and Amy Poehler’s new comedy Sisters has emerged, and it’s 20 seconds of ’80s nostalgia, partying, and, well, more ’80s nostalgia. Formerly titled The Nest, Sisters follows Fey and Poehler throwing one last party in their hometown before their parents sell the house that they grew up in.

Hence all of the ’80s set dressing, as the pair sort through their childhood belongings and clothing.

Co-stars Maya Rudolph and Ike Barinholtz are nowhere to be found in the short clip, but New Girl‘s Greta Lee can be seen winding up Poehler’s character about her age, something that’s sure to be a recurring theme as the pair attempt revisit their youth throughout the film.

Sisters opens in time for the holidays on the December 18, 2015, the very same day as the new Star Wars film. In the meantime, you can get more of Fey and Poehler by watching them present the Golden Globes live tonight on NBC.
