Sam Mendes started filming Spectre this past week in the snowy mountain region of Sölden, Austria. Spectre, also known as Bond 24, is the latest James Bond movie starring Daniel Craig. Craig is contracted for two more Bond films, including Spectre. He’s previously done Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, and Skyfall.
A cryptic message from Bond’s past sends him on a trail to uncover a sinister organization. While M battles political forces to keep the secret service alive, Bond peels back the layers of deceit to reveal the terrible truth behind SPECTRE.
New additions to the cast include Christoph Waltz, Lea Seydoux, Andrew Scott, Dave Bautista, and Monica Bellucci. I’m really excited about Seydoux and Bellucci, in particular. Seydoux and Bautista, who recently starred in Guardians of the Galaxy last summer, are featured in the set photos below along with Craig.
Returning cast members are Naomie Harris as Eve Moneypenny, Ben Whishaw as Q, Ralph Fiennes as Mallory, and Rory Kinnear as Tanner.
Spectre arrives in theaters on November 6, 2015.
