Trailer: ‘The Two Faces of January’ Featuring Viggo Mortensen, Kirsten Dunst, and Oscar Isaac

Well, this movie had me at “Oscar Isaac.”

The Two Faces of January is the new adaptation from author Patricia Highsmith’s novel; she also wrote The Talented Mr. Ripley, which was adapted in 1999 and starred Matt Damon. The movie, which takes places in 1962, is “a thriller centered on a con artist (Viggo Mortensen), his wife (Kirsten Dunst), and a stranger (Oscar Isaac) who try to flee a foreign country after one of them is caught up in the murder of a police officer.” It’s written and directed by Hossein Amini, who was responsible for the screenplays for Drive, Snow White and The Huntsman, and 47 Ronin.

The Two Faces of January will first premiere at the Berlin International Film Festival and it has a UK release date of May 2nd.
