Sarah Silverman Releases Failed ‘Susan 313’ Pilot

Comedian Sarah Silverman has posted the pilot episode for Susan 313, which she filmed last year for NBC, on her YouTube page.

Had it been picked up by NBC, the series would have starred Silverman, writer/comedian Harris Wittels (Parks and Recreation), June Diane Raphael (co-host of the How Did This Get Made podcast), stand-up comedian Tig Notaro, and actor Jeff Goldblum (Jurassic Park, The Grand Budapest Hotel).

Silverman preempts the video by saying that “[NBC] probably did the right thing” by not picking it up, but she loved working on it so she decided to share it on her YouTube page after getting permission from 20th Century Fox.

Tell us what you think of Susan 313. Did NBC make a mistake by not picking it up?
