Mumford & Sons’ “Hopeless Wanderer” Music Video

The music video for “Hopeless Wanderer” by Mumford and Sons, taken from the band’s Grammy-winning second studio album Babel, was released today.

It features Ed Helms (The Hangover, The Office), Jason Sudeikis (Saturday Night Live), Will Forte (Saturday Night Live), and Jason Bateman (Arrested Development) dressed up as the four-person indie folk rock band, and playing various instruments including the banjo, as they lip sync to the song.

The comedians/actors are all seen in Mumford and Sons’ usual habitats – open meadow and enclosed barn – and each bring their own level of comic relief to the music video with exaggerated facial expressions and dramatic head bopping.

By the end of the music video, it gets quite wild. It’s definitely an enjoyable watch.
