“Dragon Age: Inquisition” Dev Diary

Check out this developer’s diary for Dragon Age: Inquisition, in which the BioWare team discusses what players can expect in the much-anticipated game while showing us some snazzy concept art and very pretty graphics (as well as the obligatory dragon or three).

The devs put a lot of emphasis on player freedom in Inquisition, as players will be taking on the role of the Inquisitor tasked with saving the world of Thedas from demons coming through The Veil. The more open-world aspect of the game sounds promising, at the least, since it would be doing away with one of the more problematic aspects of its predecessor (that is, Dragon Age II‘s way too linear format and recycled environments).

The game is set for release in Fall 2014 for PC, PS3, Xbox 360, PS4, and Xbox One.

So what do you think, guys? Are you excited for Inquisition? Sound off in the comments section!
